Nick Collins will be hosting Retro Reborn Circuit: Goat Format, with the help of the Goat Grand Prix.
RRC: Goat Format Event will be an in-person GGP Sponsored Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament.

Tournament Structure:
7 rounds of Swiss (based on entries): Top Cut will play out same day.
Start time: Round 1 of the Tournament starts at 10:00 AM EST. 9:00AM check-in opens, and written/printed decklist submissions due by 9:45AM. We would like to prevent any game or match losses from this.
Printed or written Decklist submission is MANDATORY FOR ALL EVENTS.
Judges will be handling deck checks throughout the event.
DISCLAIMERS FOR THE EVENT
Hobby League cards are Not Allowed for this event.
OCG cards ARE allowed for this event only if deck is double sleeved.
Make sure your sleeves are solid back, OPAQUE, NOT SEE THROUGH, and decks fit all criteria for not having marked cards.
